Doner Kebab is one of the most popular dish in Turkey. You can find doner kebab whole around Turkey but with slight differences. Doner in Bodrum has some differences as well. The similarity of it is that like in other regions it is preferred for lunch, dinner and even around 4-5am after clubbing and before going to bed.
The main difference is the vegetables used while cooking. The doner kebab in Bodrum is not only roasted lamb but also it contains vegetables like carrot, potatoes, green and red pepper sometimes eggplant and beans depending on the season.
The second difference is the bread it is served with. It may be white bread, pita or lavash bread. But whichever bread you eat it with it is unquestionably a delicious taste if you love meat.
